motivating me towards increasingly surprising challenges.

It’s a long time since 1987. At the beginning, and for the next 13 years, I was involved in developing applications for PSA adhesives, for Beiersdorf _Tesa.

In the year 2000, I began to develop structural adhesives, and to work on the organizational quality of gluing processes, including Team Building, in order to achieve maximum consented adhesion.

I devoted myself passionately to an intense activity focused on designing joints and on qualification tests – static, dynamic or conditioned – on the joints and on the adhesives used.

Since then, my daily menu consists of advanced composite materials, lightweight metals and alloys, which I approach following only the most rigorous qualitative standards.

During this period I have fine-tuned my experience in the field of adhesion science and surface analysis, through laboratory activities and numerous participations in international scientific conferences and continuous education events (e.g. IFAM Fraunhofer in Bremen).

I have had professional relationships with many Italian and European Universities, and thanks to the experience accumulated, I now concentrate above all on analysis of failures caused by aging processes.
